Issued by the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum in Wapakoneta, OH and the three covers contain two diffferent colorful all over cachets with window cut-out. Two covers include a bronze medallion with image of the museum and it's home and location (listed above). Reverse center with large full moon and around rim "First Man on the Moon"/July 20, 1969".
